The Visibility Loop Ecosystem
Jeff and I got together to discuss and demonstrate for you how The Visibility Loop, my weekly content system that uses LinkedIn posts to build newsletter content and repurpose it for LinkedIn, could be expanded into additional products.
I explained how the system came from an article I wrote about combining LinkedIn and Substack to build visibility.
The idea eventually turned into a repeatable process you can use every week, no matter what kind of newsletter you publish or what platform you use.
Jeff pushed me to think bigger. What if this one product—the Visibility Loop—could become three more products? Not just for me, but for you, too, if you’re building your business on content.
Instead of trying to out-content everyone else, what if you could make every piece of content work harder? That’s exactly what this conversation was about.
Here’s how Jeff coached me through the process
I started by walking through the cycle:
You write short LinkedIn posts to test ideas and see what gets attention.
You turn the strongest post into a longer piece for your newsletter.
Then, you slice that content into snippets to repurpose back on LinkedIn, sending traffic to your newsletter.
It’s simple. It works. And it repeats weekly without burning you out.
Then Jeff asked: “What can we build from this?”
