AI Policy for Your Visibility Edge

Here’s how I use AI in my work and what that means for you as a reader and subscriber.

I write Your Visibility Edge for solo business owners who want to grow their visibility without burning out. That means I care a lot about clarity, simplicity, and saving time, yours and mine.

To help with that, I regularly use a few AI tools:

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI)

  • Claude (Anthropic)

  • NotebookLM (Google)

  • Perplexity

  • Grammarly

  • Descript

  • Castmagic

  • And I dabble with others since I love to test new tools

These tools help me organize ideas, write and edit faster, summarize research, improve structure, and brainstorm prompts and visibility strategies. In some cases, they help me clarify technical details or check for grammar issues when I’ve been staring at the same paragraph for too long.

But here’s the most important thing to know: I’m still the one doing the thinking.

Every article, prompt, and insight in Your Visibility Edge is reviewed, refined, and fact-checked by me before it lands in your inbox. I don’t publish raw AI output. I use these tools the same way I’d use a smart assistant: to speed things up, not take over.

If I ever use AI to experiment with something unusual, like generating images or audio summaries, I’ll let you know. I also have an AI disclaimer in the footer of the emails I sent to you.

Why I Use AI

You’re probably juggling a lot in your business. Same here. AI helps me keep this publication consistent and useful. It’s a way to share what’s working, test ideas faster, and show you practical ways you can use these tools too.

If I recommend an AI tool, it’s because I’ve used it myself and found it helpful. At this time, I don’t get paid to promote any of them. I will also add a note if I’m an affiliate for a tool or other recommendation.

What You Can Expect

I’m committed to publishing content based on my experience, helpful, and written by a human who cares. That’s not going to change. AI helps me do that better, not replace it.

If you ever have questions about how I create content or use AI, I’ll always be transparent. Just ask.
