I finally carved out some quiet time to watch this because I knew I would glean something significant from this conversation. And I was right. Elizabeth's quiet wisdom, borne of experience and thoughtfulness, is comforting, yet motivational because I always feel the need to take action whenever I hear her speak. Thank you Denise and Elizabeth. I appreciate you.

That's so true in today's world. I'd love for the use of handwritten notes to be so common that we'd have to come up with another reason to recommend them. Thanks for commenting, Julie!

Loved this conversation, because it gave me a chance to share how business and nonprofit professionals can harness the connection power of heartspoken notes to strengthen the relationships that are important: with clients, prospects, employees, associates, vendors, and more.

Writing short, genuine notes shouldn't be a burden any more than other ways of expressing kindness or thoughtfulness. Whether personal or professional, there are no shortcuts to building relationships that matter, so do it right.
