Consistency Wins Clients
Three 10-minute actions to keep your business visible

If you don’t have a plan, you’re invisible.
I’ve seen it happen to so many solo business owners, and I’ve been there myself. The weeks I didn’t have a clear plan were the weeks no new people showed up.
The good news is you don’t need a big marketing system to fix this. You just need a simple plan you can stick to every week. Thirty minutes is enough to keep your business in front of the people who need you.
Why this matters
Research shows businesses that publish consistently get 67% more leads than those that don’t (HubSpot).
But here’s the part that matters for you as a solo business owner…
Consistency doesn’t mean hours of work. It can be as simple as a half-hour routine that keeps you visible, trusted, and remembered.
The 30-Minute Visibility Plan
10 minutes: Refresh one touchpoint
Update a visible piece of your presence. Add a client win to LinkedIn, refresh your pinned post, or share a quick tip that shows your expertise. (If you want more guidance updating your LinkedIn profile, A Profile That Pulls can walk you through it step by step so your profile attracts the right clients.)
10 minutes: Answer one client question
Think of something a client asked you recently. Write a short, skimmable answer under 150 words and post it publicly. These simple answers often get the most attention.
10 minutes: Make one invitation
Reach out to one person. Send a message, comment with an offer to help, or share your lead magnet. Visibility without an invitation just sits there. This step creates opportunity.
Your Visibility Checklist
I pulled these three steps into a simple 30-Minute Visibility Checklist you can print or save. Use it every week so you never wonder “what should I do today?” again.
What works
Doing this once won’t change much. Doing it weekly does. That rhythm builds trust. More people see you, more conversations start, and you have more chances to turn visibility into paying work.
Skip a week? No problem. Just pick it back up. What matters is keeping the rhythm going.

AI Prompts to Personalize Your Plan
If you’ve used AI, you know it can sound generic. These prompts give you nuance so your plan sounds like you and connects with your clients.
1. Refreshing your touchpoint
Rewrite my LinkedIn About section in my natural voice. Focus on attracting [ideal client type]. Highlight one recent client win: [describe briefly]. Give me two variations, one concise and one conversational.
2. Answering client questions
List 10 questions my [type of client] audience often asks before hiring. Rank them by urgency. For the top 2, draft short answers under 150 words in my voice.
3. Making invitations
Write 3 warm, low-pressure invitations I can send on LinkedIn. One for a new connection, one for casual engagement, and one for a warm lead.
4. Keeping rhythm
Create a 12-week calendar rotating touchpoint updates, questions to answer, and invitations. Each week should feel fresh.
This is the same process I use with clients who want more visibility without burning out.
Start this week.
Clients can’t hire you if they don’t see you.
