I saw this and worked with Claude on building a tool for strategic planning based on the process I use. It took some work on Claude’s part to get it to work, but it came out pretty solid.
I have fallen into the pattern of using AI as a collaborator. I use mostly conversational prompts. I build out projects and have my collatorator help structure them into specific targeted chats, with topics like "site building" "blog posts" "Organization and tracking". I can then keep and follow a focus as I work through project execution.
