Explore strategies for engaging with your audience and building a loyal following.
Friday Finds for You
This quiet-ish week between Christmas and New Year always provides an opportunity to think about things, and inevitably, for me, it means thinking about my business and serving my clients.1
Driving up to Northern California from L.A. I was thinking about what it would be like to focus on just ONE social network and go on all in with my marketing and engagement.
Then, I happened to be catching up on some of Josh Spector’s videos and watched one that made that point:

Wishing you a delightful and prosperous 2025!
On the drive, I was listening to Tim Urban’s book What's Our Problem?: A Self-Help Book for Societies. The focus on how we as humans and civilizations think sparked many ideas, though not directly related to the book's topic. 6 hours of driving can get tedious so I enjoy contemplating to new ideas.
I'm going to focus on Substack Notes, and hopefully publish a few books based on my Notes there. Thanks for the mention ☺️
AFTER I get my membership program going, I’m focusing on Substack Notes and LinkedIn and, like @Jamie Northrup, with an eye towards many of the Notes becoming a published book.
