Want more eyeballs on your content?
For several years, I hosted Brag About Your Blog day on my Facebook page. And then I did the same in the Marketing Trailblazers Community, which I ran for 5 years.
Now it’s time to bring this community benefit to Substack.
Here’s why to join me for the new Friday Shine & Share:
More eyeballs on your work. Get your content in front of new readers.
Boost your traffic. One simple share can send a steady trickle of visitors your way.
Practice self-promotion. A safe, supportive space to talk about your work.
Build connections. Discover what others in the community are creating and start conversations.
Fresh ideas. Reading others’ posts can spark inspiration for your own content.
Grow your visibility habit. Showing up weekly keeps your work top of mind.
Here’s how it works:
I publish a Friday Shine & Share post on Friday morning.
You decide on one article or blog post you’d like to get more visibility for. It can be hosted anywhere: here on Substack, on your blog, an article on Medium or LinkedIn, or another newsletter site (must be published on a page so readers can visit)
In the comments, you post 1 sentence describing your article plus the URL.
Next (and this is important!), review the links others have posted. Choose at least one article to click on to read, like, share and comment on.
This is about boosting visibility for everyone who participates. It’s about reciprocity.
Every Friday, you’ll have a space to share one piece of your content that deserves more visibility. Post your link, check out and share what others are creating, and give your work a boost.
It’s an easy way to:
Get more visibility for your content
Connect with fellow solo business owners
Pick up fresh ideas and inspiration
Bring your best post and let’s shine together!
Friday Shine & Share is open to everyone who wants to participate. I will be checking in throughout the day and on the weekend to read and share your posts.
Please do not post links to sales pages or promotions. They will be deleted.
Are you in? Let’s go!

OOOh I love this, Denise... I'll start off with my very first carousel for Linkedin, as recommended by ChatGPT as I worked "The Profile That Pulls": https://www.linkedin.com/posts/judyrodman_the-4-ways-i-help-voices-succeed-activity-7379528409900781570-gxWz?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAAGuh6UBeSTa5SZb9qljVQr0lI3KWI4Xws8
